FACILITATING DISTANCE LEARNING

COVID – 19 Resource Library – Activities for children

COVID – 19 Resource Library – Activities for children

It’s times like this when the power and the value of the STEM Learning Ecosystems Community of Practice (SLECoP) becomes very visible. Thanks to STEM Learning Ecosystems, you can practice Marshmallow Catapults, Building a Rube Goldberg Machine, and more!  The SLECoP is organizing a series of webinars for parents, educators, school administrators and anyone who have students in their care. These webinars are intended to help them with practical tips they can employ for how to keep their children engaged and learning with STEM at Home.

Zoom PBS Archives

Zoom is an American live-action children's entertainment series for ages eight and up, created almost entirely by children. It originally aired on PBS from January 4, 1999 to May 6, 2005. It was a remake of the 1972 TV series of the same name. Both versions were produced by WGBH-TV in Boston. Zoom also aired on the Canadian version of Discovery Kids. Each of 170 different 30 minute videos is available here.
